ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Terminus is a 7-storey loft-style project in new construction comprising 46 highly styled suites, 4 commercial retail units and 4 levels of underground parking behind carefully retained and restored heritage facades of the former hotel.
The Terminus was an early leader, and the first phase of a larger rejuvenation lead by Salient along Water Street and Blood Alley, that has set the tone for a vibrant Gastown today. The Terminus continues to be an iconic mainstay in the Vancouver’s historic Gastown.
The building includes geothermal heating and cooling and thoughtfully designed open concept suites. The parking levels provide stalls for both the Terminus and Garage residential needs.
