Ken and Mary were the sales team for a pre-sale building in Chinatown called Framework by Porte Developments. I was impressed with their excitement of the project and vast knowledge of all the little details from architecture, design layouts, views, area, etc. Their excitement, got me excited. I didn’t even really intend on purchasing a condo, but through all of our conversations (and there were many!) to my long list of questions, they were able to identify a home that met all my needs and got me to a place that I was comfortable and confident to pull the trigger. It was truly a pleasure working with Liana Fung. My family and I resided in a condo in the UBC community, and we were in the market for a 2-bedroom condo in Richmond. When we started the search for our first home 2 years ago, we didn't know where to start. Moreover, being new to the city and simultaneously searching for a rental wasn't making our task any easy. Then we met Liana through a referral and things started to fall in place for us. She is an absolute pleasure to work with!  The best part of the experience is that Liana was considerate of our requirements and budget and provided her best professional guidance. She worked with us as a family member, for example, even though we didn’t approach her for rentals, when she got to know we were searching, she researched rentals for us and provided an extensive list. Another example would be when we were rushing into an older construction that was really small and not the best location, she cautioned us and suggested to keep looking and I can’t thank her enough for doing this. This could have been an easy sell for her but instead she chose to do what was best for her clients. Her professionalism and moral values are second to none. We never thought we will end up buying a pre-sale but it was her conviction that convinced us and we are so grateful to her. It’s bigger, brighter and beautiful. We could not have imagined such a great place in our budget but Liana made it happen! During the sale process, she got our foot in when it was almost impossible to get the apartment where all the homes were pretty much sold within a few days of the opening. She was there at every step of the process, be it the booking, choosing upgrades, recommending mortgage brokers, answering silly first time home buyers questions, recommending home insurance, participating in home inspections and day we received the keys etc. etc. She went above and beyond her job portfolio to make us feel comfortable.
