ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Hub is a fairly inconspicuous building at E 10th Ave and Main St, though it is one of the better buildings around Mount Pleasant.
205 E 10th Ave was built in 2005, and features commercial units on the main level, with 3 levels of residential above. The floor plans in the building are quite large, with storage rooms in unit (which could also function as a den) and an enclosed balcony/den space. Units facing Main St have Juliette Balconies while units facing the quiet side have balconies, some units with large patios. Units feature high ceilings, granite counters, moveable kitchen islands, in suite laundry, and great floor plans.
